The house was built in 2008 by a local Greek man as his dream house and has a superb position.  It is comfortably furnished for up to 10 people and a baby (cot provided).

 

The Upper Floor has a spacious living room with sofas and comfortable chairs, a large dining table, high chair and a children's corner with a low table, stools and an easel.  Off this room is a kitchen with cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything you would expect of a well furnished holiday home.  There are 2 bedrooms on this floor both with French doors out onto the balcony, one has a king sized bed and the other has a single bed with a pull-out bed. There is a well-appointed bathroom with bath with shower attachment.

 

The Lower Floor has four bedrooms, two doubles (with king sized beds), one twin and one with a double bed and one set of bunk beds.  There is a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a shower room on this floor which is also accessible from the outside.

The Upper and Lower Floors are connected by an outside staircase.

Jenny, who lives locally, takes care of the house and is available should there be any difficulties.  The house is cleaned after each let and the pool regularly maintained.

 

Outside

The heated swimming pool (9 x 3.5 metres) is close to the house with lovely views.  The grounds of an acre are planted with olive trees,  fruit trees and a variety of herbs to add to your meals.  There are sun loungers, deck chairs and a barbecue for al fresco meals.

 

 

Note

The house has everything needed for a wonderful holiday.  The garden will have some further landscaping.  As the property is on a slope there are some high walls so small children need supervising while in the garden and round the pool.

 

We very much regret that the property is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchairs.
